Our Impact
Last updated March, 2025

As student volunteers,
we want to help people live a better life with our own power!
Our Town Library is a community that learns and grows together
At OTL, we want to share the quality English education with the children of the community. We provide interactive and entertaining reading sessions that help the children improve their English reading, listening, speaking and writing skills, which are not adequately addressed in their own schools. Moreover, our stress-free environment provides an effective and fruitful learning experience for kids.
Furthermore, with the Government’s Double Reduction policy, parents are forced to hire expensive private tutors for their children’s after-school learning. Our low cost-base enables us to provide our services at a very affordable price, thus taking away the financial burden of parents and helping to reduce inequality in education.
We are a big family formed by children, parents, volunteers, teachers and staffs. Each role is doing their part to help this community grow, and everyone is learning and growing in the process.
